Can my company try Data Discovery for free?

Yes, you can try Data Discovery completely free of charge for 30 days, with no credit card required. Contact us here to get a free trial account. The trial account includes integration with Microsoft Exchange (limited to a maximum of 20 mailboxes), real-time reports, an employee portal, and a dedicated Account Manager to help you get started.
Is the Whistleblower solution free?

We offer a free 14-day trial, allowing you to test the solution and assess whether it fits your needs.

After the 14 days, you must upgrade to the plan that matches your company’s requirements. Most customers choose the Silver plan.
How much does Data Discovery cost after the trial period?

After the trial period, Data Discovery starts at 444 DKK (€60) per employee per year. This includes all the features from the trial account, as well as full integration with Microsoft 365 Cloud, unlimited campaigns, and implementation and communication materials. Please note that the price per employee decreases the more employees you add to the solution.

Can I change or upgrade my Whistleblower plan later?

Yes, as an administrator, you can upgrade or change your plan at any time as your needs evolve.
Is support included in all plans?

Data Discovery: Whether you are on a trial account or the full solution, all Data Discovery customers are assigned a dedicated Account Manager and thus receive full support via email and phone.

Whistleblower: Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans include support - Silver and Gold with standard support, and Platinum with a dedicated Account Manager.
Will I get help with implementation and onboarding?

Data Discovery: Yes, we help with setup, implementation, and ongoing guidance until you feel completely comfortable with the solution. In addition, we also provide implementation and communication materials.

Whistleblower: For the Silver and Gold plans, we provide email support on weekdays from 08:00–16:00. Customers on the Platinum plan have their own dedicated Account Manager, who assists with any questions by email, phone, and meetings as needed.
